Three Sky Sox were named to the Pacific Coast League All-Star team on Wednesday, all three as starters.

Outfielders Matt Miller and Matt Murton and second baseman Eric Young Jr. will represent the Sky Sox and the PCL in a contest against the International League on July 15 in Portland.

Miller, a 26-year-old left fielder, is batting .324 and ranks third in the PCL in RBIs (63), hits (96) and doubles (25).

Murton, a 27-year-old veteran who has bounced between the majors and minors in recent years, is hitting .377 and set a Sky Sox record with a 29-game hitting streak. His streak wrapped around a five-and-a-half week stint with the Rockies.

This is the second all-star team that Young has made in recent weeks, as he was invited to play in the Major League Futures Game on July 12 in St. Louis as part of the Major League All-Star Week.

The electric second baseman who leads the PCL in stolen bases (68) and runs (46) will be joined in Portland by his father, the former Rockies second baseman, who will assist in the game’s ESPN2 broadcast.
