There’s a new taco stand at Bristol Brewing Company, 1647 S. Tejon St., called La’au’s@Bristol, next door to The Blue Star. It’s a second location for La’au’s Taco Shop (830 N. Tejon St.), which was created by owners of The Blue Star and Nosh. In addition to getting locally brewed beers, you can enjoy one of the hipster Asian-Mexican fusion tacos that have made La’au’s so popular.

Tacos are served 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays; 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday and starting on Father’s Day (June 21), 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays. The brewery is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Fridays; 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays; and, noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Call 719-633-2555 for more information.
