El Paso County Search and Rescue was called about 3 p.m. to look for a pair of hikers in trouble on Pikes Peak. Within a couple of hours the hikers were located and the rescue mission called off, an El Paso County Sheriff’s Office dispatcher said.Spokesman Mel Druelinger said a man and a woman were on a three-mile trail between A-Frame and the summit, and the visibility was severely limited because of snow.The hikers’ names were not released.
