The military can help with that.

Over 1,000 Santa trackers will be on hand at Peterson Air Force Base’s Santa Tracking Center from 4 a.m. Christmas Eve until the wee hours of Christmas morning.

The volunteers, many of them service members and their families, will be available to inform believers young and old when they should set out their milk and cookies and head to bed.

Those looking for frequent updates can visit www.noradsanta.org, which includes links where users can download tracking apps for Windows and Android phones, as well as iPhones.

The website includes a “Santa cam,” activities and information on the history of Santa and NORAD. Last year, the cente received 102,000 phone calls and the website received more than 1.38 million unique hits from users in 206 countries.
