Sleep 25 feet above the forest floor in luxury Colorado treehouses

Want to book a night in a luxury treehouse? Juniper Lodge & Treehouses is bringing you that chance.

After building a fanbase since its opening as a mountain lodge in 2019, this adults-only mountain retreat has officially debuted two of eight planned treehouses at its sprawling and forested 10-acre property in Evergreen – just 30 minutes from Denver and 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

The treehouse are found about 25 feet above the forest floor and feature bathrooms, some kitchen amenities, skylights, and more.

Each treehouse is themed, too, with ‘The Mountaineer’s Treehouse’ designed to “reflect a connection to nature with a grounded, calming aesthetic” and ‘The Miner’s Treehouse’ inspired by Colorado’s rich and storied mining history.

Also on the property is the original lodge – a building complete with five guest rooms, an outdoor hot tub, expansive decks, private hiking trails, and a fire pit. The main lodge is found a short walk from the treehouse stays.

The next two treehouses are set to make their debut at the mountain town boutique hotel in 2027, with plans in place to add four more after that.
