NOV. 9

Randall Mark Stewart, 75 years old of Cripple Creek, was summonsed and released for 42-4-1211(1)(a) Backed vehicle in parking area when not safe.

NOV. 10

Candice Sebastian, 65 years old of Prescott Valley, was summonsed and released for 42-7-422 Drove vehicle under FRA suspension and 42-4-1409(3) Failed to present evidence of insurance upon request.

NOV. 11

Joshua Ben Jenkins, 19 years old of Florissant, was summonsed and released for 42-2-237(2) Operated a vehicle when front passenger safety belt not fastened and 42-4-703(3) Failed to stop as required at stop sign.

Ricardo Emeterio Valdez, 54 years old of Fountain, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail on a warrant out of El Paso County.

NOV. 12

Damoris Derell McCall, DOB May 13, 1986, of Victor was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. This was a no-bond arrest.

Bradley Adrain Joseph Sigala, DOB Aug. 10, 2004, of La Junta was arrested on an arrest warrant for limited gaming fraud. Bond was $400.

NOV. 13

Sarah Kate Boyd, DOB Jan. 29, 1987, of Calhan was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with original charges of failure to display proof of insurance, and expired license plates. Bond was $400.

Yuri Silvano Lopez Lopez, DOB Feb. 24, 2000, of Colorado Springs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with original charges of driving under the influence, failure to display proof of insurance, careless driving, failure to report accident, driving under restraint, and registration not in vehicle. Bond was $3,000.

Tony R Montoya, DOB April 16, 1976, of Brighton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with original charges of driving under restraint, driving under the influence, careless driving, and open container of marijuana in vehicle. Bond was $2,000.

NOV. 14

Josiah Talbert, 24 years old of Pueblo, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-6-803.5(1)(a) Violation of Protection Order M2, 42-2-138(1)(d)(1) Driving Under Restraint TM2 and 18-4-401(1)(a) Theft.

Joseph Wayne Shadowens, DOB Sept. 8, 1980, of Woodland Park was arrested on multiple warrants for failure to appear with original charges of false reporting ID to police, harassment, trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Bond was $2,300.

Aidan Daniel White, DOB June 18, 2007, of Colorado Springs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with an original charge of careless driving. Bond was $150.

Ryan Tyler Hale, DOB Aug. 27, 1996, of Littleton was arrested on a warrant for burglary. Bond was $5,000.

Gertrudes Rosette Bland, DOB Nov. 16, 1964, of Woodland Park was arrested for reckless driving, and driving under the influence. Bond was $1,000.

Margaret L Ovson, DOB Dec. 31, 1972, of Frisco was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear with original charges of failure to display proof of insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle. Bond was $400.

Cassie Jayde Mayne Jaramillo, DOB Aug. 30, 2000, of Florissant was arrested on an arrest warrant for harassment, and assault. Bond was $800.

Anthony Paul Click, DOB April 17, 1998, of Cripple Creek was arrested on an arrest warrant for violation of a protection order. Bond was $1,000.

Nicolas Daniel Holderfield, DOB March 22, 1994, of Florissant was arrested for violation of a protection order. Bond was $5,000.

Shelby Annette Kimbel, DOB Feb. 10, 1991, of Woodland Park was arrested for menacing, reckless endangerment, child abuse, obstruction of a peace officer, domestic violence, and prohibited use of a weapon. This was a no-bond arrest.

Cory Drolet Tracy, DOB March 23, 1993, of Woodland Park was arrested for 4 counts of violation of a protection order, 2 counts of reckless endangerment, Child abuse, 2 counts of false imprisonment, prohibited use of a weapon, and obstruction of telephone use. This was a no-bond arrest.
