Aug. 16

Adam Neil Morin, 48 years old of Cripple Creek, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-3-204(1)(b) — Assault in the third degree (on a peace officer) (M1), 42-4-1413 — Attempting to elude a police officer (TM2), 42-4-703(3) — Failed to stop as required at stop sign (TIA) and 42-4-224(1) — Horns and warning devices (TIB).

David Joseph Hampton, 43 years old of Cripple Creek, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-9-111(1)(a) Harassment.

Aug. 18

Andrew Joel Irvine, 26 years old of Colorado Springs, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-4-203 2nd degree burglary, 18-4-401 Theft, 18-4-204 3rd degree burglary and he was arrested on a warrant out of Teller County.

Aug. 19

Donnie Ray Osborn, 74 years old of Colorado Springs, was summonsed and released for 18-4-504(1) — Third degree criminal trespass (PO).

Ratchadaphon Phaksonsit Baker, 33 years old of Cripple Creek, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-3-204(1)(a) — Assault in the third degree (M1), 18-9-111(1)(a) — Harassment (M1) and 18-6-800.3 — Domestic violence (M).

Shelby Ann Olivera-Anderson, 27 years old of Cripple Creek, was summonsed and released for 42-2-138(1)(d)(I) Driving under restraint.

Brendan James Stone, 28 years old of Cripple Creek, was summonsed and released for 42-2-138(1)(d)(I) Driving under restraint.

Aug. 22

Tera Lynn Ramirez, 50 years old of Colorado Springs, was arrested and transported to Teller County Jail for 18-4-409(2) Motor Vehicle Theft F3, 42-4-1301(1)(a) Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol TM and 42-2-206(1)(a)(I) Driving After Revocation Prohibited M2.

Shelby Ann Olivera-Anderson, DOB Oct. 4, 1997, of Cripple Creek was arrested for driving under revocation. Bond was $3,000.

Aug. 23

Shawn Christopher Alderman, DOB June 12, 1976, of Florissant was arrested for driving under revocation. Bond was $3,000.
